The Equinox launcher archives are provided at the Equinox build websites, e.g.:
https://download.eclipse.org/equinox/drops/R-4.39-202602260420/#launchers
The only difference in the built archives is that the
binary,featuresandpluginsfolder now resides at the archive root and the previous 'root' eclipse directory is omitted.
